    Just wondering if I lost a month or not? The posting date on "Just One Workout" is marked February 7th and my calendar says it's January 6th. Please don't confuse me cause I'm already confused enough...LOL!

      It is true! The workout must've been so powerful that it knocked this caption clear into the future! (And you'll notice that it always appears as the most recent cap, on top of all the rest of them!) That's awesome; gotta find that gym before your past catches up with your future, hee hee. :D
